Some love stories start with a spark. Gretchen and Jason's started with a smile. They met in college in Duluth. Gretchen was studying dentistry at the time, one of the first things she noticed about Jason was that he had nice teeth.

When it came time to choose a location for their engagement session, the decision felt natural. Gretchen grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area, and with both of them sharing a genuine love for the outdoors, the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area was the perfect way to bring both of those things together.
