Minnesota Backyard Wedding

Amanda and Kael's backyard wedding was a laid-back, dreamy celebration rooted in family. Set on a private lakeside estate their intimate gathering perfectly wove 1970s-inspired boho charm into a modern Minnesota summer day.

Amanda wore an ethereal Rue de Seine gown and floral crown that matched the free-spirited energy of the day. The outdoor ceremony took place beneath a geometric arch dressed in pampas grass, the lake stretching out behind them. Kael’s overwhelming emotion as Amanda walked down the aisle was one of my favorite moments to capture. And then, at the ceremony’s end, they walked back down the aisle together with their baby as they officially became a family.

The tented reception featured pastel-hued tablescapes with vintage-inspired centerpieces that complemented the bohemian vibe. Amanda and Kael shared their first dance, surrounded by the warmth of loved ones and the natural beauty of Minnesota's lake country.

It was the kind of day that lingers.
